Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JMBatteries account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the battery or electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and include all original accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
